Conceptual & avant-garde fashion photograph is something we luv at The Cafe. Especially when the model is left looking like a real woman with a sexual if not erotic edge. Pierre Dal Corso’s “Carbon” feat. model Sheri Chiu is a flawless example. There’s lots of manipulation of materials (from cement to wood…feathers to knit) mixed with great accessories ‘n heels. It’s both hard & soft, chunky & sleek. The lighting is dark but our eyes are still locked on her body bent in different positions like a sculpture. I’m mad I can’t go 2 a museum & stare at her all day long. *Smile. XO
